Attridge, Lucas, Green, Magee & Magazine, formerly known as Attridge, Cohen & Lucas, P.L., founded in February 2000 by Robert W. Attridge, Jr., Amy G. Cohen and Jeff Lucas, has quickly grown to be one of the most well-respected law firms in Florida. Our firm is currently comprised of seven attorneys which allows us to serve our clients closely with personal attention and professional skill.
Attridge, Lucas, Green, Magee & Magazine has differentiated itself from other firms in the area by attracting attorneys in diverse areas of practice, thus allowing Attridge, Lucas, Green, Magee & Magazine to grow into a full-service law firm dedicated to providing competent legal services to our clients. Attridge, Lucas, Green, Magee & Magazine has attorneys working in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, worker’s compensation, family law, wills and estates, immigration, real estate, and a wide variety of corporate law and civil litigation.
In October 2001, our firm purchased a larger building and relocated to our office to 7136 Little Road. In April 2002, former Pinellas County Detective, and practicing attorney, Robert A. Green, Jr., joined the firm concentrating his practice on personal injury law.
In October, 2004, Donald J. Magee joined the firm focusing exclusively in the field of workers' compensation claims by representing injured workers. Attorney Paul H. Nessler, Jr., who is of counsel for Attridge, Lucas, Green, Jefferis & Magee & Magazine, is a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer.
In January of 2006 Clementine "CC" Conde joined our firm and brought with her twelve years of criminal defense experience. Ms. Conde is bi-lingual in Spanish, and her areas of practice include criminal defense immigration and personal injury.
In March of 2006, James Magazine joined our firm as a partner. His practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, and civil litigation. Mr. Magazine received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1989 and became licensed to practice in the State of Florida in 1990.
In June 2008, Maria Kazouris joined our firm bringing with her extensive experience in labor law, criminal defense, family law and personal injury. Ms. Kazouris received her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University in 2001 and is licensed to practice in both Connecticut and Florida. She is bilingual in Greek.
Our growing firm has relocated to a larger office right next door to the Pasco County Government Center. Located just off of Little Road at 8606 Government Drive, in New Port Richey, our new office is state of art and convenient for our clients. In March 2008 our office expanded into Building Two which is right next door.
Our law office would not be complete without an experienced and dedicated staff. Our legal assistants have an average of twelve (12) years of legal experience. Their experience ranges from 8 to 22 years. Members of our support staff are also bi-lingual in Spanish and Greek. Our office prides itself on a low turnover rate of employees, which indicates a congenial and productive work environment. Attorneys Overview
Bob Attridge, a highly regarded criminal defense attorney, served as an Assistant State Attorney with the State Attorney’s Office in Pasco and Pinellas Counties for over eleven (11) years. Mr. Attridge went into private practice in the fall of 1996 and has worked as a Criminal Defense Attorney for more than ten (11) years serving the Tampa Bay Area. Having more than two decades of criminal court experience, Bob has tried over 200 jury trials, of which 130 were felonies and the remainder DUI and misdemeanor cases. Jeff Lucas began his legal career as a Public Defender in the Sixth Circuit. Jeff handled a large case load and actually tried all types of misdemeanor and felony trials, including homicide. In 1995 he joined a Civil Litigation firm and handled hundreds of files ranging in complexity from simple county court matters to Wrongful Death and Civil Rights matters. In January 1999 Mr. Lucas went into private practice, only to join together with Bob Attridge and Amy Cohen a year later to form Attridge, Cohen & Lucas. Rob Green is motivated by a strong sense of justice and fairness, Robert Green a former detective and assistant prosecutor has been serving the legal needs of his clients in both Pinellas and Pasco communities for the last 8 years. Rob’s approach to his law practice is a client oriented one with personal attention to cost effective case management and prompt responsiveness to situational needs. Rob’s experience and enthusiasm create a solid foundation from which he can advise our clients. Clementine "CC" Conde is a graduate of South Broward High School, Hollywood Florida, Clementine has a diverse area of experience helping citizens protect their rights. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in political science from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida and her Juris Doctor from Western New England College of Law, Springfield, Massachusetts. James L. Magazine was born in 1963, Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Magazine received a Bachelor Arts in political science from Baldwin Wallace College in 1986. He received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1989. He is admitted to practice before the United States Middle and Southern District Courts in Florida, The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
